Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your data privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the information we may collect, use, and share about you when you visit or use our websites and applications (hereinafter referred to as "our Services").
1. How We Process Your Personal Information
(a) Regardless of where the data is processed, your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
(b) When you use our Services on your device, your data may be stored locally. The privacy laws in your country or region may differ from those in other regions. Regardless of where the data is processed, we will process your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
(c) When you make purchases within this application (such as subscribing to premium services or unlocking paid features), we may collect and send relevant transaction information back to Apple to process the transaction and fulfill our agreement with Apple. This information may include: an identifier associated with your Apple ID, the item purchased, the purchase time, the amount, the order number, and the subscription status. We only collect the minimum dataset necessary to process the transaction.
2. How We Disclose Your Personal Information
We will not share your personal information with external companies, organizations, or individuals except in the following circumstances:
(a) With Your Authorization:
With your consent, we will share your information with specific third parties or third-party groups as required by applicable laws and regulations.
(b) Legal Requirements:
We may disclose your information where required by laws and regulations, to resolve legal issues, or in response to instructions from administrative or judicial authorities.
(c) Sharing with Affiliates:
Your information may be shared only within our affiliates for clearly defined, lawful purposes, and sharing is limited to the data necessary for those services.
(d) Sharing with Third Parties:
Our Services may include content and integrations from third parties (third-party services) to enhance your experience. We share your information only in the following circumstances, and only to the minimum necessary data:
○We may share data with software development kit (SDK) providers to help operate, develop, and enhance the features and functionality of our Services. For example, Firebase (Google's analytics and reporting service) is used to understand service usage.
○We may share non-identifying information (such as your device's current advertising identifier) and other aggregated data that does not include personal information with our advertising partners. If you prefer not to receive ads, you can adjust your mobile device settings to limit ad tracking. Most devices offer options to opt out of certain types of targeted advertising (for example, "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS). For more instructions on managing these settings, please refer to your device's settings menu.
○To process in-app purchases, manage subscriptions, and fulfill agreements with Apple, we may share your transaction and spending information with Apple Inc. and its affiliates as necessary (as set out in the preceding sections of this policy).
3. Your Rights and Choices
You can control and manage your data. You have the following rights and choices:
(a) Access, Correction, and Portability. You can access and edit most of your basic account data directly in the App. You have the right to receive a copy of certain data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. If you wish, please contact us.
(b) Withdraw Your Consent. In most cases, if you have authorized us to use your data, you can withdraw your consent by changing the settings in the App or on your device (if your device offers these options). However, if you do this, some services may not function fully.
(c) Restriction of Processing
If you wish to restrict the processing of your personal data, please contact us. You have the right to restrict processing if: (i) your data has been unlawfully processed but you do not want it to be deleted; (ii) you need to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim and require us to retain your data, which we would not normally do; (iii) we are verifying your objection to the processing of your data; or (iv) you dispute the accuracy of your personal data and we are verifying its accuracy.
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information before processing your data management request. We may deny your request for various reasons, for example, if the request violates the privacy of other users or violates legal provisions.
4. How We Handle Children's Data
Our services are not intended for anyone under the age of 16. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. We understand the importance of protecting children's personal information, which we consider to be individuals under the age of 16 or the equivalent age specified by the laws of your jurisdiction. If you believe we hold any personal information of a child without parental/guardian consent and confirmation, please contact our Data Protection Officer at shiguangai2025@outlook.com so that we can promptly investigate and delete such personal information.
5. Cross-border Data Transfers
To provide you with our services, we operate globally and comply with the relevant data protection laws and regulations of your country or region when collecting, using, and processing your personal data. For example, if you are a California resident, your personal data (such as uploaded documents and images) will be processed and stored only in the United States. If, to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, your data is transferred to other countries or regions, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is protected as described in this Privacy Policy.
When transferring data from the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland to countries outside the EEA, we use legal mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses or, where applicable, rely on a country-specific adequacy decision by the European Commission.
6. Fees
We offer both free and paid services. If you choose to subscribe to a paid service, you agree to pay the fees quoted at the time of purchase ("Fees"). We may calculate taxes payable based on the billing information you provide at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all fees associated with the use of the purchased service (e.g., data charges and currency conversion settlements). You will pay the Fees in the currency quoted at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change the applicable currency at any time, unless prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, if we have offered you a specific term and fee for use of a service, we agree that the fee will be valid for that term.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. In some cases (for example, if certain material changes occur or if required by applicable privacy laws), we will notify you of these changes and, where required by applicable law, obtain your consent. If we change this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy and post the revised policy on this page for your review. Sometimes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy. In other cases, we may provide you with additional notice (for example, an in-app notification).
